Protection of Pension Rights by Prof. Sabitu Olagoke

Prof 5Pension rights set the ethical standards of due process that would guarantee a good future for the retiree after leaving service.

A case study of Nigeria refers : if an employee retires at the age of 50 years or more, he or she can have immediate access to the Retirement Savings Account(RSA).

Similarly, if an employee retires before the age of 50 years due to mental or physical incapacitation, he or she can have easy access to the retirement savings account.

Read-Legalizing Crime and Criminality

It is important to note and state that an employee who retires under the age of 50 years in accordance with the terms and conditions of employment will not access the RSA until after six months of retirement, if he or she does not secure another employment.

Cases of embezzlement by personnel in charge of pension scheme management has attracted international embarrassment to nations where such corrupt practices have been reported to occur. Such action, has on record, led to the untimely death of many retirees that fell victims within the period of dashed hopes.

From the religious perspective , it is inhuman to cheat on people that have, over the years worked for their livelihood. This is more worrisome when there is an unwarranted delay in the payment of their gratuities as well as their pensions, such actions if left unaddressed may lead to people still in service to become kleptomaniacs for the fear of the future.

The Grassroots and Government

Lg 1The importance of the Local Government revolves around the need to attend to the expectations and welfare of the people at the grassroots.
In addition, the Local Government plays a vital role in Federal schemes of education, housing, transport among others, nationwide. It adopts the mainline of policy to local conditions.

Read-Legalizing Crime and Criminality
Sadly, the Local Government, under the present dispensation in Nigeria, is not independent.
Interestingly, a number of Chairmen and Councillors elected from their neighborhoods, now focus on recruiting cultists and other categories of criminals to intimidate, terrorize and attack residents of several communities, as social services continue to remain a mirage.

-Landlords and Tenants Associations, Crime and Criminality
Indeed, these elected officials are not known by the vast majority of the populace at the grassroots, while development is only on the pages of newspapers and speakers of radios.

Curiously, the character of growth to meet the needs of the poverty-stricken people come with lies, half-truths, and promises, even as insecurity is now the thriving industry to engage the disillusioned and impoverished people.

-Law Enforcement: The Reactionary Approach
Of worry is the overwhelming presence of criminals in most communities, who orchestrate well-coordinated acts of criminality, heinous and grievous crimes, and morally unacceptable behaviors including rape and homosexuality; involving the young and old, male and female alike.

The Need for Good Government

GovConcerned citizens, who are desirous to sustain the democratic form of government must meticulously understand the policies of dictatorships.

In addition, the sections and clauses of the constitution obstructing good governance and the causes of social injustice must be removed.

Read-Legalizing Crime and Criminality
Towards achieving this, the citizens ought to have access to qualitative education that would aid sound judgment, and morally promote interest in and respect for fellow citizens.

Indeed, democracy is a system that is least liable to abuse, most capable of adaptation to new needs and most favorable to prosperity.

-Landlords and Tenants Associations, Crime and Criminality

Democracy does not deprive citizens of the use of their faculties, the relations between government and the people and between one citizen and another.

Citizens resolve their differences without resorting to violence in sane climes.

Furthermore, redundancy of spies becomes prominent and censorship is no longer the focus, when good government is in place.

Implement Two Term Limit for President-Gambians to President Barrow

President 1President Adama Barrow has been called upon by Gambians to ensure that the two term limit for the office of the president should be implemented before the end of his second term in office.

The people also appealed to the President to reduce the high cost of rents for apartments in the country.

‘’President Barrow should wave goodbye to politics by the end of 2026 and live as a private citizen in the country if he wants to earn respect and love from Gambia, Africa and the world at large. Barrow should put up severe measures that would address this case because landlords use agents to do whatever they like with rents and this is affecting the Gambian people.“President Barrow should critically look into the high cost of basic food commodities as they are no longer affordable by ordinary Gambians, ” Gambians stated.

Fuel Subsidy : Don't Sell Out Nigerian Workers-Ex-Officio TUC to Labor Leaders

Labor 5Workers in Nigeria have been called upon to impress it on their labor union leaders not to compromise on the fuel subsidy controversy.

This call was made by an Ex-Officio of the Trade Union Congress, who is also a former Chairman of the union in Oyo state, Comrade Andrew Emelieze.

‘’Workers in Nigeria are pleading with the Nigeria Labor Congress(NLC) and the Trade Union Congress(TUC) not to sell out the workers in any unholy negotiations which we have seen played out several times when strike actions are called and a few hours to the day of protest or rally , the unusual happens. Workers in Nigeria are skeptical about the labor leaders latest moves, but the leaders must prove that they are not sell outs’’, Comrade Emelize concluded.

Leadership and Followership Essence in Democracy By Prof. Sabitu Olagoke

Prof 5Democracy in the real sense is expected to be a consensus of opinions by all relevant stakeholders, whereby the need of the people are addressed by those entrusted with the power to rule for the purposes of the continuous improvement on the welfare of the people and their wellness.

The Holy Bible is a guide for better understanding. Romans 13: 1-5, ''Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.

  Read-Legalizing Crime and Criminality

2 Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.

3 For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same:

4 For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.

5 Wherefore ye must needs be subject, not only for wrath, but also for conscience sake.''

It demands, therefore, voting into office credible leaders who wil address the enligtenment essence of the people to be governed for ease of followership.
The leadership and followership synergy must be viewed through the perspective of enabling a good justice system for the effective  implementation of programs and projects through the concept of equity for the system to enjoy peace and sustainable development.

The Holy Quran 38: 26 on the issue of justice and equity as the bedrock of a functional democracy, (Prophet(Dawud) is used an epitome of rulership by example). It refers, '' O david ! We did indeeed make theea vicegerent  on earth : so judge thou between men in truth and justice : nor  follow thou the lust of thy heart(say no to dictatorship), for it will mislead thee from thee from the path  of Allah : for those who wander astray from the path of Allah, is a Chastisement Grievous, for that they forget the Day of Account.''

Good

The System of Government

Good 1The system of Government that works without ways of obtaining advantages of living together even when there are great obstacles to unity is most suitable for the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
It is imperative that under such a system, the special loyalty of an individual to such an ethnic persuasion which may be in conflict with the loyalty to the State must be accommodated to provide for the goodwill of the citizen.
The economic structure and fortunes of the country to a great extent explain its politics presently.         Read-Legalizing Crime and Criminality
In Nigeria today, there are distinct differences in language, religion, and ethnic persuasion as a result the form of government that is in place ought to redress the grievances of the aggrieved. But this is not so.                Read-Landlords and Tenants Associations, Crime and Criminality
Political forms may not be classified in finality because forms change with time. Politics revolves around living men and changing habits and not with dead things.
In the light of this, therefore,  may not be an accurate guide to the facts.             Read-Law Enforcement: The Reactionary Approach
Note :
A reliable guide to the mindset of those in government is the body language of the people.
Crime and criminality dominate the public space mainly because Those-in-Charge is criminally minded. As schools resume, host communities, teachers, and school authorities should closely monitor the activities of pupils and students as criminals in uniforms increase on a daily basis.

Govt 2

The Necessity for Change

Govt 6The function of a government goes beyond ensuring law and order, the arrangements to permit change must be functional. Change must revolve around consent and permission from the people.

In several climes, the toleration of criticisms by governments attracted peaceful change and those who had visible potentials to partake in government are brought on board. But sadly, the fact that legislative chambers at the Federal and a number of states did not meet the minimum constitutionally stipulated sitting requirements in the outgone year is a great setback.

Indeed, there is no ideal government for all places and there is no ideal for all times.

The security situation across Nigeria, the attitude of security and law enforcement personnel, and government go beyond scratching the surface.

When Government does not change promptly with the situation, the people become a major part of the challenges confronting the government.

The experience of France at the end of the 18th century and Russia in the 20th century is instructive on the necessity for change.

Note

The docile nature of government officials, for pecuniary reasons, can be seen in the activities of an individual who sighted poultry at No. 2 Kehinde Aderibigbe Street, Olorunsogo, Molete, Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria(red gate).

Sighting poultry in a residential area constitutes a great danger to residents while the several numbers of doubtful characters who visit the poultry on a daily basis pose security threats for residents who still contend with crime and criminality.

Government must live up to its responsibilities.

Democracy

The People's Opinion

Government policies revolving around austerity measures, unemployment, stagnant salaries, rising prices of essentials, indiscriminate and multiple taxation  among others are all reflections of the extent to which Those-in-Charge are now unpopular.

Several people unfriendly policies have successfully rubbished governance.

Sadly, officials of the administration have so far been unable to convincingly explain and defend the administration’s actions and policies that have brought about excruciating hardships on the people.

Regardless of the poor state of the economy, Those-in-Charge have continued to borrow and spend without recourse to saving.

Democracy 1

A bad democracy is not good merely because it is a democracy; and any form of government that is not a democracy is bad, for uncontrolled power invariably corrupts those who possess it.

They are not always right, but Those-in-Charge have sacrificed national interest as they see it in order to obtain a present political party advantage.

The imminent lose of political power by Those-in-Charge abounds in the opinion of the distraught, disillusioned and impoverished people.

Law and order

Law and Order by Prof. Sabitu Olagoke

Prof olagokeLaw and order is an instrument that determines happenings in an environment to prevent insecurity and other unsavory situations. There is a saying that goes thus, '' Where there is no law, there is no sin.''
This implies that the aberrations of life such as waywardness and frivolities are avoidable.
Law and order encourage the people to do the right thing for the good of all. In any environment wherein law and order are effective, the safety of lives and properties are guaranteed.
For the leadership network in government to ensure law and order, the right policies must be in place in addition to the assurance that justice and equity are enabled.
When justice and equity are lacking in governance would experience a myriad of challenges.
The election and appointment of people of integrity who are competent to manage the affairs of any institution or government are imperative.
The breakdown of law and order could bring in its wake, the mismanagement of resources and poor governance.

Law and order 1
Law and order ensure that there is the promotion of accountability in the Ministries, Departments, and Agencies of government. This, in turn, facilitates public confidence, support, and trust for the government.
The dictates of the constitution must be obeyed by both the government and the people, for the law and order to thrive.
The Civil and Public service laws regulate the affairs of the Civil and Public servants. The  Scripture regulates and controls the affairs of religious adherents.
Professional ethics must be followed to the letter to be corporate in professional practices.
In the final analysis, the constitution of any nation, therefore, must be effectively utilized without abuse to promote justice and equity for ensuring a safe and secured society that must be sustained through peace and accelerated development.

Tax 1

The Tax Burden

TaxNigerians continue to groan as the strangulating grip of the tax regime at all levels of government tightens.
The reason for the tax regime by Those-in-Charge is obvious-more revenue-even as Those-in-Charge has decided to take additional loans to finance projects that fall under the category of misplaced priorities.
However, during the Napoleonic wars, one of Those in Government in Britain, Pitt, resorted to an income tax to aid the defraying national expenditure. The burden of the war debt was humongous. £ 74,500,000 revenue was required annually to service the debt and other expenditures.
This was four times the pre-war budget, which resulted in the multiplication of taxes. During this period, government officials made excusable mistakes or were rather frankly ignorant.  Indeed, smuggling and other sharp practices became prominent.
There were taxes on the import of manufactured goods and taxes on the export of raw materials. There were also various revenue taxes on consumption whose range and number had gone beyond the roof tops due to the pressure from the Napoleonic wars.
The article of Sydney Smith  in The Edinburgh Review in 1820, summed up the precarious situation confronting Nigerian presently: ''Taxes upon every article which enters into the mouth or covers the back, or is placed under the foot-taxes upon warmth, light, and locomotion-taxes on earth, and the waters under the earthy-on everything that comes from abroad or grown at home-taxes on the raw material-taxes on every fresh value that is added to it by the industry of man-taxes on the sauce which pampers man's appetite, and the drug that restores him to health.....''

Repression

Understanding Repression

Repression 1The bad harvest of 1792 in England, the grave discontent among the people, the high rate of unemployment, the prohibitive prices of food items, repression by the government among numerous other factors had adverse effects on its socio-economic and political development.
In Nigeria in 2021, insecurity, hunger, poverty, the high unemployment rate, violent crimes, incompetence, misplaced priorities, mediocrity, the beautification of lies and falsehood, the condemnable activities of state actors and their agents have visible prints in every part of the country for the people to see.

Indeed, the insinuation is that leadership at all levels has derailed.
The ignoble roles played by the likes of John Castle, Oliver, and George Edwards, all provocative agents of the government and spies, have further dented the image of the leadership and also eroded its credibility.
The actions of Pitt in the House of Commons and Grenville in the Lords resulted in the passage into law of the Seditious Meetings Bill and the Treasonable Practices Bill, re-echoed in both chambers of the National Assembly.
Unprovoked attacks by the government, with the aid of armed force upon unarmed people exercising their constitutional rights to meet together to make in a peaceful and dignified manner, rational demands in the name of justice, is already a policy of the government.
Nigeria has its own version of the ''waterloo'' massacre.
Restrictive laws have only succeeded in promoting disaffection and discontent in different parts of the country and the destination now is a departure from all principles of the constitution.
Those-in-Charge in the mold of Pitt, Eldon, Castle, and Sidmouth understand the language of repression best, while the disillusioned and impoverished citizenry watches helplessly.
However, the consolation for the people lies in the fact that the time is too short for the functionality of the various distractions lined up by the leadership to cover up its failures.

The Mindset of Leaders and Economic Prosperity

InBy the 18th century, iron and coal became examples of industries that were capitalist in peculiar ways.
From inception both industries were capitalist inclined, since they required heavy expenditure for the actual process of production.
The labor force comprised of wage earners working for a master and were not owners of the forge, iron ore or coalmine.
Similarly, as early as the 17th century, a sizable number of comparatively small industries emerged namely, soap, brewing, glass and salt-making industries.

However, during this period the interest in agriculture was still very strong, with the handicraft men more prominent than the industrial or commercial capitalist.

Read-Legalizing Crime and Criminality

In the second half of the 18th century, the growth of the population prompting the increase in the demand for goods, improved transportation system, unprecedented mechanical inventions, new materials and improved chemical processes resulted in the industrial revolution.

Industries such as coal and hardware made use of increased quantities of coal, just as coal was also used as fuel.

After the repeal of the General Export Duty in 1834, coal and iron became foremost in the export market.

Birmingham, Sheffield and Glasgow known for cotton experienced economic growth between 1821 and 1831.

Sadly,in Nigeria today, despite the presence of all the factors that prompted the industrial revolution in Britain and the large deposits of coal, iron ore and several other mineral resources in different parts of the country, Nigeria is still largely import dependent for most of its needs. The poverty rate in Nigeria is now 50 per cent in 2021 as a result of misplaced priorities, mediocrity and incompetence.

Indeed, the colored race are the major investors in biscuits, sweets, detergents and furniture.

Exploitation of labor, austere wages, poor working conditions and other sharp practices, have all contributed to the survival of these investors.

Interestingly, the distribution of soft drinks produced in plastics, questionable alcoholic drinks in sachets among others are now the choice of business inclined Nigerians.

Those-in-Charge are now tinkering with the idea of vigorously promoting activities in the agricultural sector, despite years of neglect and in the middle of unabating killings(for ritual purposes inclusive), kidnappings and other forms of violence in 2021,while Britain ceased to be primarily agricultural in the second half of the 18th century.

The consensus among focused and development inclined leaders,is that the mindset of those that formulated policies to a great extent determines the economic fortunes and prosperity of countries of the world.

Use NNPC Profits to Build Quality Hospitals-Eze(Dr.)Anozie

                                                             Press Release

The Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation(NNPC) first audited financial statements after 43 years of its operation this period and as never been in the years past, I am suggesting that the federal government should make use of it, if not all, part of it, to construct those particular types of hospitals found abroad that lures almost all Nigerians into traveling abroad for treatment.

Such should be constructed in these six geo-political zones, one for each zone. Exactly the types of hospitals and facilities that could be found overseas.

In addition, the government should encourage our well-qualified Nigerian medical Doctors and specialists, to come back to the country to render their expert services in those hospitals.

Expatriates specialists should also be employed to work there. The elite, political class, and other categories of Nigerians would be treated in these hospitals. It is possible. By so doing, we would have invested very well in this profits accruing to the NNPC.

But I am worried about the mindset of the medical Doctors and specialists considering the unabating insecurity in the country, they may be afraid to come to the country.

Finally, let us all join hands together to pray fervently and ceaselessly for peace and unity while the Government at all levels should do everything possible to put an end to the insecurity in the country, to make the above laudable suggestions possible.

When all these have been done, you can imagine the humungous amount the country would save from medical tourism, foreign exchange wise.

The Obsession to Conquer

Conq 1The Norman conquest of England in 1066-1154 was characterized by the migration of whole peoples who displaced the earlier inhabitants of the land by expulsion or extermination.
However, Duke Williams'victory at the Hastings brought about the imposition of a few alien governing classes on the Anglo-Saxon population.
In addition, the Conqueror played the role of the lawful successor of Edward the Confessor, even though he was not.

Conq 2Interestingly, the Norman Kings who had very few followers, residing among the conquered population went the extra mile to protect them.
This was why William the Conqueror introduced a legal system of communal responsibility for the crime to favor the Norman.
Happenings in Nigeria today, have semblance with the Norman period.
Illiteracy, ignorance, hunger, poverty, and insecurity have over time emerged as tools of governance by successive leadership in Nigeria, since independence.
Indeed, the behavior, choice of words, mode of dressing, hairdo of an unspecified number of Nigerians are very good reference points of the quality of leadership at all levels s of government in the country. Of worry, is the glaring erosion of norms and values.
The insinuation is that a sizable number of citizens have been conquered by their leaders consciously or unconsciously.
This has opened the way for mediocrity, injustice, nepotism, mutual suspicion, and inequality.
Sadly, the obsession to conquer by a few has adversely and negatively affected the social, political, and economic development of the country to the detriment of the majority.

Give Ndigbo Opportunity to Produce Next President-Vice President Ezendigbo in Diaspora(South)

Eze 4As the debate among Nigerians on the geo-political zone the next President of the country should come from in 2023, the Ezendigbo of Ibadan and Oyo state, who is also the Vice President, Ezendigbo in Diaspora(South) and the Chairman, Non-Indigenes Traditional Heads in Oyo State, Eze(Dr.) Anozie opines that the Igbos should be given the opportunity to produce the next President in 2023. Excerpts ;
Why do you think the next President of Nigeria should come from the South East?

In the interest of justice, fairness, the true unity of the country, peace, and tranquility, I suggest, I appeal, and I plead with Nigerians, all political parties in Nigeria to pick their presidential candidate from the South East. It would go a very long way to soothe frayed nerves and douse the tension in the country. I am not saying this because I am from the South East, even if I  am not from the South East, I would still say this. So what I am saying is in the interest of Nigeria, the peace of the country, the unity of the country and I believe that everybody that calls himself or herself a good Christian or Muslim should support the call for the next President to come from the South East and if such happens, all the agitations here and there shall by 50 percent fizzle out. And by so doing, Igbos would like to show their stuff and what they can do. They would like to set a pace in the governance of Nigeria.
And I know that some other people who are showing interests, other Nigerians showing interests from different parts of the country may also be good materials for the position, but we are pleading with them to be considerate and look at the Igbos and all their contributions in the whole country Nigeria and give us the opportunity to lead this country. My mind is telling me, my spirit within, my God is telling me that when such happens Nigeria would begin to breathe a brand new life.

Igbo 1
I am one of those who believe that Nigeria is a beautiful country, if justice, fair play, equity, and the security of lives and property of every Nigerian is assured for everybody to have a sense of belonging for good leadership to be put in place. To this extent, everything should be done to ensure justice, equity, and fair play. These are the only things that would make all ethnic groups want to remain in Nigeria, so by the time the South Eats has finished its tenure in governance, power should move up to the North, a part of the North from where a President has never emerged and when they finish with their tenure, power should move down to the South again and that would be the South West and so on and so forth.
And Nigerians will not accept any military coup all this while. Everything should be done to ensure that there is no military coup because Nigerians will say no.

Violent Crimes-The Position of Spectators

Vio

The consensus among Nigerians is that the arms build-up in different parts of the country has its background woven around the aspirations of actors in the socio-political scene in the land.

The arms build-up festers side by side with poverty, hunger, and brigandage, while the land has over time become fertile for trading in illegal arms with evil deeds as the major focus.

Indeed, state actors are familiar with the negative effects of injustice, inequality, nepotism, and favoritism, but are, sadly, handicapped by self-centered interests and incurable greed.

Interestingly, the competition for power and privilege has resulted in the loss of precious lives and the wanton destruction of the properties of innocent and harmless citizens. The debate among Nigerians now is on what constitutes the major functions of state actors.

The illegal influx of arms and ammunition has continued unabated through constitutional and unconstitutional channels with the active connivance of those who ought to be well-informed on security matters.

As violent crimes soar nationwide through the use of sophisticated weapons, Those-in-Charge have adopted the position of spectators to the amazement and chagrin of Nigerians.

Dictator 1

The Worrisome Situation Today

The loyalty and commitment of the people are crucial to the success of any political system with a focused leadership.
However, the covert moral and financial support for criminals, would, without doubt, result in unabating insecurity and its attendant consequences on the political system and the economy.
The support is woven around self-centered and pecuniary interests.
The absence of cooperation on matters relating to the elimination of economic stagnation and political marginalization of the people is influenced by insensitive leadership.
This leadership seeks to tinker with the constitution and existing laws, in order to facilitate dictatorial acts of omission and commission in a bid to regulate the people's behavior while at the same time depriving them of a large volume of resources.Transfer Money with Wise

Dictator
It is very glaring that a number of political blocs and ethnic persuasions have been deprived of participating in the decision-making process of the system, which has resulted in a clear case of oppression and overwhelming structural imbalance in the polity.
The issue now is the moral indignation by the people against obvious constitutional breaches, which has been misconstrued by the state actors to mean that the differences suggest that so much has changed.
The worrisome situation today is a product of the manipulation of the system, deliberate impoverishment of the people, and the negative influence of moneybags, who are now political office holders in this democracy.

Sincerity

Sincerity by Prof. Sabitu Olagoke

Prof 2Sincerity is intensive in every human making us be enigmatic to others, who have every right to doubt our intentions until we prove not to be harmful to the situation and the society at large.
This is why in religious parlance, we do submit that we may err as human when we mistake intentions for actions because intentions are usually hidden, even when actions are the outbursts of real intentions.
There is a need to use the worth of one's sincerity in the relations ship we keep, starting from dating between two lovers, sincerity of purpose is better measured by the test of the time when it finally meets up with the desired goal by building up to the marriage level. Even though this may not be perfect as a tool of assessment, until the conditions for better or worse are maintained and sustained in the marriage, otherwise, the hidden intention of gold-digging, when uncovered may lead to the collapse of the love ridden voyage.
The sincerity of purpose is, therefore, a vital element that must be substantially present in the way we manage the integrity of our cultural setting, ethical values for our educational management, and moral discipline for our religious sector, as process line feeders to our political activities for the purpose of getting it right, when we assure positions of leadership and governance.Transfer Money with Wise
It is interesting to note that most of the gory killings through the instrument of hired assassins are borne out of truncating the sincerity of process line between two or more parties, who may resort to taking laws into their hands to seek costly vengeance over a perceived grievous height of disappointment by taking lives to settle the score.
At the educational management level, insincerity in the facility purchasing process usually leads to the dearth of experts in the needed areas and a lack of facility update to run the courses, despite the huge amount that might have been disbursed by the government, when dubious hands manage a system, economic sabotage in the name of corruption always truncates the expected due process required in purchasing materials.
Insincerity has a far-reaching effect of holding back a self, team, society, or nation, if not timely checked and curbed.

Sincerity 1

At the homefront,  between the husband and wife/wives, the children rearing process would ever suffer from producing future leaders who can deliver a nation from the challenges it may face.
At the political front, insincerity could lead to a game of deceit as it relates to leadership and followership, globally. The symptoms of this may become visible starting from the composition of people who may constitute the formation if they are people of unlike minds.
as they will flout the competitive law of addition and subtraction to make policy formation uniformity difficult to be established except through the game of deceit or insincerity, but as a threat to the future stability of such political parties.
Insincerity! Insincerity!  The fabric of the existence of a nation is always threatened through the culture of insincerity if the experiences of many components have folded up due to the workers' collaboration in bad practices against the will of the government or goodwill code of the Chief Executive Officer or Managing Director.
Generally, therefore, sincerity as freedom from hypocrisy and deceit must be seriously managed through organizational and professional ethics as well as the corporate governance code for the people's loyalty to the cause of the authority to be maintained and sustained as may be found to be possible in all developed nations that enjoy peace, justice and need fulfillment.
