Harmony by Prof. Sabitu Olagoke

Prof 3Dialogue is meaningless until a compromise must have been attained. The necessity for dialogue arises from the elements of disagreement for resolution through some analytical methods of the sources and the causes with a view of sinking differences to ensure that the aggrieved parties are satisfied with the outcome.
The element of compromise is an active component that must be visible to ensure the feasibility of harmonious resolution of disagreements.
In the cumulative law of addition and subtraction, the algebraic law plays an important role by allowing only the like terms to be added or subtracted.
When there is a violation of the law in friendship or marriage, the tendency for the elements of hatred, a disagreement that could result in rancor, and a state of instability is very high.
In any society, home, community, or nation, there is always the need for harmony. For example, every gathering-formal or informal and at every stage of human development shall experience three phases of human character: the prime overs that make the system work and achieve its goal, easily identify with leaders and the aims and objectives of the system. This is in addition to the policy with which the vision would be articulated through perfect design mission statements.

Harmony 1
In the same system, we have a group of people who are less concerned about the goal of the organization, achieved or not achieved. This type of cluster serves as a hindrance to the prime movers and the system.
Also, there are rebellious individuals, that are threats to an organization or movement. They not only oppose the policies of the system that engage them but work against the leaders.
The first assignment, therefore, for the leader is to identify these elements to the level of their numbers and impact as well as harmonize the three above-mentioned sets of individuals, through the appropriate therapeutic treatment.
Harmony, therefore, is an accord or agreement in action or process that must be the primary worthy elements to consider at every stage of human affairs where orderliness and peaceful co-existence are Germaine to achieve in the dispensation of justice and equity for the sustainable development goal.
