Responsibility is an attribute of the culture of integrity.
Among siblings, it is the duty of the elderly ones to take care of the junior ones, otherwise, such individuals would be regarded as irresponsible.
At the level of marriage, emphasis is always centered on the expectation of a high degree of responsibility stemming from specified obligations for both partners in the marriage to have to good and happy home.

However, if she is found wanting on the issue of fidelity or keeping of her chastity, she would bring shame to her parents and she would stand to be condemned by her husband and his family.
On the part of the husband, he is expected to be the mainframe of the home he seeks to build, by taking responsibility for all the home needs.
He makes sure that all members of the family are able to actualize their economic desires.
When a man is unable to provide for his family, he would be described as irresponsible.
Collapsed buildings paint those in the building profession in a bad light. Project building, therefore, can only be successful when experts are consulted. Project handling must meet up with the demands of quality assurance while certification must equally respect a thorough and verified report of transparency in every stage of transactions and accountability. In addition, projects must be delivered within the specified date and time and must be devoid of all forms of sharp practices. When the foregoing is not taken into consideration, then the acts of omission or commission could be described as irresponsible.
Many lives have been lost in the hands of a number of health professionals as a result of their unprofessional conduct and carefree attitude which may prompt society to label them quacks.
To this end, our education curriculum, as well as our religious teachings and practices, must complement the efforts of society to ensure that children imbibe the tenets of responsibility from childhood.
