Religion does not Teach Evil by Prof. Sabitu Olagoke

Index 3No religion teaches evil(Q6 vs. 108, Q22 vs. 67). Let us stop religious discrimination, while at the same time keeping and respecting all the houses of God.

This can be achieved by maintaining the sacredness of the houses of God. Also, adherents must follow the path of righteousness for a god state of piety.

Adherents must all shun all forms of iniquities, so as not to convert the houses of God into houses of profanity.

All of us must, therefore, realize our status as stakeholders-religious leaders and adherents-to be able to foster peace in the land.

Let our thoughts, acts and deeds including body languages stand on our determination to correct aberration through peaceful process(Q47 vs. 35).

Be not fainthearted, crying for peace, when ye are the uppermost for Allah is with you and will never put you in loss for your god deeds.

Society

Good Governance : An Antidote to Insecurity by Prof. Sabitu Olagoke

Index 3The only major agent of socialization is a government that can effectively mitigate and eradicate insecurity in the land.

The is because of the importance of credible elections which we must allow come 2023 in Nigeria. If insecurity is to end and pave the way for a stable polity, then all arms and tiers of government must be on deck to achieve a favorable end.

Luckily for Nigeria democracy has been adopted as the country's politcal philosophy and it stands on the two legs of justice and equity concept, giving a large room for the promotion of an inclusive society.

Credible people will, therefore, facilitate peace and sustainable development that would promote a safe and secured environment. If we cannot achieve a hundred per cent success rate in governance, then a 70 per cent pass mark will be able to address the fundamental needs of the people that would keep them busy and make them friendly to one another because under this condition nobody would lack except those that may crave for luxury.

The justice system is expected to take care of this area in terms of promoting sanity and preventing indiscipline, moral rot and all forms of waywardness and corruption.

The Holy Bible in Genesis 3 : 19 emphasizes the need for shelter, clothing and food for every person in a decent society.

''19 In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return.''

In the same manner, the Holy Quran 11 : 6 emphasizes the natural design of God, the almighty Allah on this same antidote to insecurity that will serve as therapy to human restive nature.''There is no moving creature on earth but its sustenance dependenth on Allah : He knowteh its resting place and its temporary deposit : all in a clear Record.''

The Government has all the wherewithal in terms of power influence and wealth as that natural resources of the sovereignty for the common welfare of the people under them. This is why the government is a key factor in checkmating insecurity and promoting peace and sustainable development through the common wealth of the land for the people's wellness and general welfare. Let's make this possible in Nigeria come 2023 before, during and after the general elections.

Courage 2

Courage in the Face of Adversity

CourageJoshua 1 :1-8

Ope

1 Now after the death of Moses the servant of the LORD it came to pass, that the LORD spake unto Joshua the son of Nun, Moses' minister, saying,

2 Moses my servant is dead; now therefore arise, go over this Jordan, thou, and all this people, unto the land which I do give to them, even to the children of Israel.

3 Every place that the sole of your foot shall tread upon, that have I given unto you, as I said unto Moses.

4 From the wilderness and this Lebanon even unto the great river, the river Euphrates, all the land of the Hittites, and unto the great sea toward the going down of the sun, shall be your coast.

5 There shall not any man be able to stand before thee all the days of thy life: as I was with Moses, so I will be with thee: I will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.

6 Be strong and of a good courage: for unto this people shalt thou divide for an inheritance the land, which I sware unto their fathers to give them.

7 Only be thou strong and very courageous, that thou mayest observe to do according to all the law, which Moses my servant commanded thee: turn not from it to the right hand or to the left, that thou mayest prosper whithersoever thou goest.

8 This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.

Test

Personality Traits Tests-An Evaluative Tool by Prof. Sabitu Olagoke

Index 3The number of ownership centers in Nigeria in particular and all over the world in general, gives one much to worry about; when it comes to the low degree of spirituality and the high consequences of value and moral degeneration. This is promoting insecurity, a low degree of wellness and a very poor human development index.
Most people who claim to be religious have drifted towards anti-scriptural tendencies.
In reference to the Holy Bible 1 Corithians 3 : 16-17, every human is portrayed as an empty shell bereft of divine grace.
Don't mind their outward appearance, which most of the time turns out to be mere games of deceit and hypocrisy.
''16 Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?

17 If any man defile the temple of God, he shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are.''
In the same view, the content of the Holy Quran 17 : 21 is another litmus test that validates the above assertion.
''See how We have bestowed more on some than others(social rank), but verily the hereafter(spiritual ranking requirement) is more in rank and gradation and more in excellence.''
It is high time we realize as living beings the message of the Holy Quran 49 : 13 that states, ''Verily the most honored of he is who is the most righteous(spiritually upright person.
To regain our honor, therefore, let our attendance of worship centers routinely or otherwise meet up with the personality traits test of the counseling psychologist by following the Smart concept in all our edalings to be able to cope with the spiritual and social demands for a prosperous, safe and secured orderly world which shall be deviod of corruption and other devinat behavior.
It is imperative for adherents to seek the counsel of those who uphold their of those who uphold thier faith transparently. This is exemplified in the Holy Bible 2 Timothy 3 : 16-17, ''16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

17 That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.''
Similarly, it is entrenched in the Holy Quran 33 : 35 : for every human through whatever he believes in, society demands a person's participation through ;
1) Just worship and request acceptance in an environment of love.
2) Your state of scripture compliance.
3)in Allah without adulteration.
4) Commitment and devotion to the work of God.
5)Be the vanguard of truth against all odds.
6)Have the streak of patience in tolerance.
7)Develop humility for peace.
8)Imbibe the spirit of charity for philanthropy.
9)Be selfless for others to live well.
10)Chastity is crucial to fidelity.
A shortfall of any of the above mentioned will lead to the missing goal of divine forgiveness and prayer acceptance for perfect God/man relation.
To be counted worthy, exemplary, reliable and dependable in society, religious people must be scripture-compliant. This can be better found, maintained and sustained through routine checks based on personality traits tests as an evaluative tool for worship centers.

Leader 4

The Leadership Challenge and Decadence by Prof. Sabitu Olagoke

Index 3There is a neeed for an aggresive cleansing damage contorl to avoid possible human degenration.
The Holy Bible in Amos 4:1-2  hignlights the affection of God towards the oppressors and ego centered  personalities. The words of God is just like rain that does not discriminate.

"Hear this word, ye kine of Bashan, that are in the mountains of Samaria, which oppress the poor, which crush the needy, which say to their masters, Bring, and let us drink.

2 The Lord GOD hath sworn by his holiness, that, lo, the days shall come upon you, that he will take you away with hooks, and your posterity with fishhooks.

3 And ye shall go out at the breaches, every cow at that which is before her; and ye shall cast them into the palace, saith the LORD.

4, Come to Bethel, and transgress; at Gilgal, multiply transgression; and bring your sacrifices every morning, and your tithes after three years:''

There is a great challenge in achieving credible leadership. In addition the lack of care for surborinates and the people leaders ought to  effectively serve, most especiall7y when the wealth of the society or nation is already  entrusted in to their hands.

Vehemently, therefore, God the Almighty warns against such an attitude and state of ingratitude.

The Holy Quran 3: 75 refers to, "Among the people of the book (religious people and custodians of the law) are some who, if entrusted with a horde of gold, will readily pay it back; others, who, if entrusted with a single silver coin will not repay it unless thou constantly stoddest demanding  because, they tell a lie against Allah and well they know it.''

The best is expected from accredited religious leaders, but unfortunately, we are yet to have true religious leaders who fear God by following due process in doing things, but most of us plunge ourselves into avarice.

If the system is not to collapse due to human definace to the dictates of God, we must all show concern about the plight of the people by acting according to our various religious faiths to put in place credibility for the system to run correctly.

The concept of philanthropy will not only unbruden the yoke of the oppressed but help us realize credible

leadership and good governance.

This is the emphasis of God in the Holy Quran (9:34) on the leaders we must neither be nor emulate. "O ye who believe, there are indeed many among the priests and anchorites, who in falsehood devour the wealth of many and hinder them in the way of Allah." And there are those who hoard gold and silver and spend it not in the way of Allah; announce to them a most grievous cahstisement. "

For a nation to be truly independent, leaders must not be corrupt for them to be able to offer effective damage control.

Believer

Who are the Believers? by Prof. Sabitu Olagoke

Prof 5Believers of all religions are expected to be scripture compliant and role model virtues. Belief in social advancement must focus on development driven through ethics.

Generally, therefore, believers must become the embodiment of people with high regards for social norms and global best practices, otherwise they become bunches of quackery that destroy rather than build.

Believers must pass through the test of Godly virtues that take care of the interest of others as exemplified in the Holy Bible, Matthew 5 : 5–9, '' Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth. 6 Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled. 7 Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy. 8 Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God. 9 Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.''

Believers are regarded the epitome of successes in all aspects of human endeavor. They are even humble in their prayers and the way they comport themselves in the society through non-ostentatious form of living despite their been at vantage positions of power, influence and affluence.

The Holy Quran 23 : 2–5 refers, ''In the name of God, the Gracious, the Merciful. 1. Successful are the believers. 2. Those who are humble in their prayers. 3. Those who avoid nonsense. 4. Those who work for charity. 5. Those who safeguard their chastity.''

The Holy Quran states that those who exceed the above limits in their routine interactions or keeping good neighborliness shall be regarded as transgressors.

The Holy Quran 23 : 8–11 crowns it all, ''Those who are faithful to their trusts and pledges. 9. Those who safeguard their prayers. 10. These are the inheritors. 11. Who will inherit Paradise, wherein they will dwell forever.''

To be successful, therefore, the prerequisite condition is for believers to focus on the ideals of life.

Gratitude

As Muslims who are observing this year's Ramadan Fast, we must have a cause to be grateful to God for giving us the opportunity to pass through the first two phases of mercy and forgiveness.
We must, therefore, be grateful, by imbibing the culture of being beneficial to others and ever forgiving those who might have offended us. We should also be scripture compliant as stated in the Holy Quran 14: 7, '' And [remember] when your Lord proclaimed, 'If you are grateful, I will surely increase you [in favor]; but if you deny, indeed, My punishment is severe.' "
Be cautious and be mindful of God and society. Ramadan Kareem.

The Harvesting Period

Be reminded of the fact that we are now in the third segment of the 30 days Ramadan Fast, also known as the period of reaping the fruits of our labor.
Itikaf or spiritual retreat is commanded to be observed in and around sacred mosques for us to be able to shun the hustle and bustle of city life and get concentrated on how best to be aligned with God and His injunctions, to be able to achieve perfect God/man relationship.
The summary of the intention, for the right observation of the Itikaf period, is stated in the Holy Quran 18: 10, ''..........Our Lord!  Bestow on us mercy from thyself and dispose of our affair for us in the right way.'' Be rightly guided. Ramadan Kareem.

Knowledge for Guidance

Remember the message of Ramadan as a compulsory exercise in which we must have learned how to have self-restraint for us to be able to do things the right way and accordingly through the concept of the fear of God or due process.
Reflect on your past as being full of anomalies and decide to make the necessary adjustments for a better lifestyle of scripture compliance.
But make premium your needs and for the right knowledge and God's guidance that will always lead you to make the right decision always, most especially after the month of the Ramadan fast.
The Holy Quran 87: 6-9 refers, ''We shall make thee read so that thou shalt not forget. Save that which thou willeth! Lo! He knoweth that disclosed and that which still is hidden; and we shall ease thy way onto the state of ease, therefore, remind men(that is people) for use is the reminder.'' Be an exemplar. There is a need to go beyond the logic of even an old number to fix the night of power.
Once we have been able to take the opportunity of Ramadan to become wholesome in Islam and ever found wanting under the watch of scripture compliance, God the Almighty Allah Himself will touch you to accurately observe the night of power, when therein come down the angels and the spirit by Allah's permission on every errand. Fasting Exercise for Self-Discipline
Just as in the Holy Bible, Proverbs 25: 28 emphasizes the essence of self-discipline. This virtue if absent will make every human being vulnerable to all forms of socio-spiritual hazards.
The Ramadan fast harps on the need to have self-restraint, this is a major reason for making it compulsory for all adherents of Islam. Ramadan Kareem.

The Exception Law

The Almighty God emphasizes in the Holy Quran 2: 185 that the Ramadan fast is not meant to punish adherents of Isalm, but to reform them and fortify them socially and spiritually. Hence the relaxation law in favor of Islamic adherents with due respect for certain unusual conditions that may have to do with human health issues.
The aged ones who do not need much food, but a high level of nutrients for their upkeep to the pregnant ones who need balanced diets for the sake of the development of the fetus and the mother's health to be able to have a safe delivery. The mother is equally exempted during the breastfeeding period because the child needs the nutrients from the mother.
Those who have terminal diseases which require terminal drugs are equally exempted from the Ramadan fast.
However, the following shall repay the missed fasting days after the Ramadan fast for the count to be 29 or 30 days.
The affected are those in the menstruation period, the sickly ones, and the travelers who suffer from heavy fatigue.
How merciful is our God? Ramadan Kareem.

Security Essence

The Almighty Allah declares His presence wherever there is the tranquility of the mind and wherever there is peace in the environment.
The Holy Quran 37: 1-4, therefore, admonishes every government and institution to take as a matter of paramount importance, the issue of security. ''By those who rate themselves in ranks(orderly manner), those whose souls are strong in repelling evil(security agencies to note), those who thus proclaim the message of Allah(the cleric) to emphasize the essence of being scripture compliant and to be exemplars in this respect because the whole essence is to preserve the heritage of oneness of God.''
May the devil never hijack our pleasure into upheaval. Use the Ramadan fats to ensure peace. Ramadan Kareem.

Divine Inspiration

Do you realize that our social pursuit on matters concerning our assumed yearnings for maximum realization of our destiny is purely materialistic?
This does not matter to God, hence, most of the time our yearnings are premature as faith. For a maximum realization of our destiny, we must totally surrender to the will of God to be given the divine inspiration to articulate our social desires in order that our objectives and goals are realized with ease and maximally too.
The Holy Quran 17: 21-22 refers, ''See how we have bestowed more on some than others; but verily the hereafter is more in rank and gradation and more in excellence. Take not with Allah another god or thou O man wilt sit in disgrace and destitution.''
Ponder well on this and make the necessary adjustment. Ramadan Kareem

Those who enjoy such grace will have the characteristics, endowed knowledge, and the power of a discerning mind. A meaningful socio-spiritual life depends on this to be self-fulfilled.

Sensible people do things the right way while senseless ones are frivolous and wayward.

-Legalizing Crime and Criminality

The Holy Bible, Proverbs 1: 7 admonishes us on this,: ''7 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.''

In the Holy Quran, 8: 29, the need for and the importance of the fear of God is clearly stated. ''O ye who believe. If ye fear Allah He will grant you a criterion to judge between right and wrong, remove from you all evil deeds and forgive you: For Allah is the Lord of grace unbounded.''

Fear of god 1

The benefit of living by the dictates of God that culminates into the fear of God not only extends to the protection of children but equally affords us the opportunity to triumph over evil like the snares of death.

The Holy Bible Proverbs 14: 26 refers, '' In the fear of the LORD is strong confidence: and his children shall have a place of refuge.''

Above all, there is the need to sensitize every person through the media of culture, education, religion, and political institutions on the importance of good neighborliness, the virtues of scripture compliance, and the respect for the dignity of labor and legitimate earnings.

The Holy Quran 10: 62-64 specifically explains the reason why every person must work towards being acknowledged by God, the almighty Allah. ''Behold! Verily on the friends of Allah, there is no fear nor shall they grieve. Those who believe and constantly guard against evil for them are Glad Tidings in the life of the present and in the hereafter: No change can there be in the words of Allah. This is indeed the supreme triumph.''

Engage in Philanthropy without Hypocrisy by Prof. Sabitu Olagoke

Prof 5The deterioration of profile that routinely increases hardships for the people and also creates the poorest of the poor economy is avoidable. Even when the government is not forthcoming in the areas of the provision of the basic amenities and infrastructure.

Unpleasant consequences are also avoidable if we can be scripture compliant by heeding the voice of God.

In the Holy Quran 92 : 5–7, the almighty Allah states, ‘’As for the one who is charitable, mindful ˹of Allah, We will facilitate for them the Way of Ease.’’

This is fundamental to the concept of philanthropy and must be imbibed as a culture.

Read-Helplessness in the Face of Dirt

However, there are due processes to be followed for charity to be methodical without abuse.

In the Holy Quran 2 : 270–271 the due process to follow is structurally emphasized.

‘’(2:270) Allah knows whatever you spend or whatever you vow (to spend). The wrong-doers have none to succour them.310 (2:271) If you dispense your charity publicly, it is well; but if you conceal it and pay it to the needy in secret, it will be even better for you.311 This will atone for several of your misdeeds.312 Allah is well aware of all that you do.’’

-Legalizing Crime and Criminality

In the same manner, the emphasis on the due process to be followed in dispensing for charity is cavalry stated in the Holy Bible, Matthew 6 : 1–4, ‘’1 Take heed that ye do not your alms before men, to be seen of them: otherwise ye have no reward of your Father which is in heaven.

2 Therefore when thou doest thine alms, do not sound a trumpet before thee, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.

3 But when thou doest alms, let not thy left hand know what thy right hand doeth:

4 That thine alms may be in secret: and thy Father which seeth in secret himself shall reward thee openly.’’

-Landlords and Tenants Associations, Crime and Criminality

If charity dispensation is formally organized, it becomes a divine construct which may not allow any form of abuse.

It is applicable to all spheres of life, starting from the home front to the community servcie arena and the society at large. It is, therefore, important to train ourselves on how best to say No to miserly lifestyles.

There is a saying, Charity begins at home, while the society stands to benefit from the concept of give and take, care and share.

-Law Enforcement: The Reactionary Approach

The Holy Quran 92 : 8–13 refers, ‘’But he who is a greedy miser and thinks himself self-sufficient and gives the lie to the best , we will indeed make smooth for him the path to Misery Nor will his wealth profit him when he falls headlong into the Pit. Verily we take upon us to guide and verily onto us belongs the End and the beginning.

Be rightly guided by philanthropy rather than been miserly.

Role model 1

Role Model Virtues for your Freedom by Prof. Sabitu Olagoke

Prof 5Every individual is expected to be law-abiding in society, that is, to enjoy socio-spiritual immunity for total freedom. There is the need to be morally conscious and disciplined to attain the status of a role model in society for others to emulate.

However, when the virtues are lost, man is vulnerable to shame and disgrace.

To be upright a person must not be wayward and frivolous. This is imperative for the relevance of religion in society and to ensure peace and development.

The Holy Bible, Matthew 5: 20-24, refers,''20 For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.

21 Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not kill; and whosoever shall kill shall be in danger of the judgment:

22 But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire.

23 Therefore if thou bring thy gift to the altar, and there rememberest that thy brother hath ought against thee;

Role modelRead-Legalizing Crime and Criminality              -Landlords and Tenants Associations, Crime and Criminality

24 Leave there thy gift before the altar, and go thy way; first be reconciled to thy brother, and then come and offer thy gift.''

The Holy Quran also corroborates the above, verse by verse with a perfect synergy to prove the oneness and universality of God, whose voice every man must heed.

The Holy Bible Matthew 5: 20, ''20 For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.'' and the Holy Quran 2: 42 emphasize the need to be a vanguard of truth. '' and cover not truth with falsehood, but we must control our temper, embrace patience as well as tolerance, as a culture to promote unbroken social interactions. In the final analysis, As in Matthew 5: 23-24, ''23 Therefore if thou bring thy gift to the altar, and there rememberest that thy brother hath ought against thee;

24 Leave there thy gift before the altar, and go thy way; first be reconciled to thy brother, and then come and offer thy gift.'',

the message of the Holy Quran 41: 34, refers, ''realize that goodness and evil can never be equal. Repel evil with what is better: Then will he between whom and thee was hatred become as it were thy friend and intimate !''

Let us realize that no good relationship can be established with God except with heed His admonitions, if and only if, we want a better world order. No prayer request from God shall be granted without having a sense of forgiveness, love for neighbors, and pardon for perceived enemies. Let today be a turning point.

This is the only way by which we can realize our freedom on earth the role model virtues to be an exemplar.

Religion 1

The Essence of Religious Rites by Prof. Sabitu Olagoke

Prof 5Religion is a school of divine construct to achieve full social desire through faith building based on a positive mindset. This is for the purpose of attaining a perfect and good God/man relation.

Read- Legalizing Crime and Criminality

The Holy Bible Matthew 5 : 13–16, ‘’Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men.

14 Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.

15 Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.

16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.’’

-Landlords and Tenants Associations, Crime and Criminality

Religion

The Holy Quran equally asserts in 91 : 7–10 that we must realize and consciously live by the provisions of this scripture to be able to live by good examples as role models with constructive actions on earth.

7. “And by the soul and He Who perfected it,"
8,”Then inspired it to understand what is wrong and (what is) right for it,"
9. “Indeed he succeeds who purifies it,"
10. “And indeed he fails who corrupts it.”

Religious rites must, therefore, not be trivialized or put into the second fiddle of the classless state of rhetoric.

Religious rites is very essential in every aspect of life and has socio-divine benefit.

God 12

God the Redeemer

OpeAsk ye of the LORD rain in the time of the latter rain; so the LORD shall make bright clouds, and give them showers of rain, to every one grass in the field.

2 For the idols have spoken vanity, and the diviners have seen a lie, and have told false dreams; they comfort in vain: therefore they went their way as a flock, they were troubled, because there was no shepherd.

3 Mine anger was kindled against the shepherds, and I punished the goats: for the LORD of hosts hath visited his flock the house of Judah, and hath made them as his goodly horse in the battle.

4 Out of him came forth the corner, out of him the nail, out of him the battle bow, out of him every oppressor together.

God 11

5 And they shall be as mighty men, which tread down their enemies in the mire of the streets in the battle: and they shall fight, because the LORD is with them, and the riders on horses shall be confounded.

6 And I will strengthen the house of Judah, and I will save the house of Joseph, and I will bring them again to place them; for I have mercy upon them: and they shall be as though I had not cast them off: for I am the LORD their God, and will hear them.

7 And they of Ephraim shall be like a mighty man, and their heart shall rejoice as through wine: yea, their children shall see it, and be glad; their heart shall rejoice in the LORD.

8 I will hiss for them, and gather them; for I have redeemed them: and they shall increase as they have increased.

‘’Children must respect their parents-They must embrace patience and perseverance as principles with positive mindset to achieve set goals. Parents must emphasize to their children that they must not be arrogant-in body language and/insulting speech. Be humble and stoop to conquer,’’ Prof. Olagoke stated.

Prof 5Democracy in the real sense is expected to be a consensus of opinions by all relevant stakeholders, whereby the need of the people are addressed by those entrusted with the power to rule for the purposes of the continuous improvement on the welfare of the people and their wellness.

The Holy Bible is a guide for better understanding. Romans 13: 1-5, ''Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.

  Read-Legalizing Crime and Criminality

2 Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.

3 For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same:

4 For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.

5 Wherefore ye must needs be subject, not only for wrath, but also for conscience sake.''

It demands, therefore, voting into office credible leaders who wil address the enligtenment essence of the people to be governed for ease of followership.
The leadership and followership synergy must be viewed through the perspective of enabling a good justice system for the effective  implementation of programs and projects through the concept of equity for the system to enjoy peace and sustainable development.

The Holy Quran 38: 26 on the issue of justice and equity as the bedrock of a functional democracy, (Prophet(Dawud) is used an epitome of rulership by example). It refers, '' O david ! We did indeeed make theea vicegerent  on earth : so judge thou between men in truth and justice : nor  follow thou the lust of thy heart(say no to dictatorship), for it will mislead thee from thee from the path  of Allah : for those who wander astray from the path of Allah, is a Chastisement Grievous, for that they forget the Day of Account.''

Rulers or leaders are are more accountable to God who will judge all actions. All positions of responsibilities shall be assessed  by the people, but evaluated by God, the almighty Allah, who will have the final say on the day of judgment.        Read-Law Enforcement: The Reactionary Approach

In conclusion, individuals who find themselves in power should dispense same with the fear of God.
