Be Sincere to Nigerians-Cleric to Govt

Insincerity has been identified as one of the factors impeding good governance in Nigeria.
This assertion was made by a Christian Opeyemi Ajayi in a chat with Federationews2day.
''There is a need for sincerity in governance. Insincerity has negatively affected the leadership and followership in Nigeria. The leadership has to cultivate the habit of been sincere. The leadership is not sincere to Nigerians and in the same vein the followership is not sincere to the Government at all levels, this has resulted in the myriad of challenges confronting the country presently. A leadership that cannot positively impact on the people is not sincere. The leadership should be sincere to ensure good governance,'' Pastor Ajayi concluded.
